Wow, Kristi!  I remember a few years ago it was tough to find anything under $300,000 in Menifee!  Trouble is, the investors are coming in with all cash deals on a lot of these bargains!

True,  But if the buyer understands that this is happening, that should help motivate them not to go into the offer with a laundry list of expectations in order for a  "Loan" offers to be accepted.
