BeatYouThere.com Early Press Release

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Pacific Servicing

BeatYouThere.com is the real estate site the world has been waiting for.

BeatYouThere.com takes the work out of searching for residential and commercial real estate by providing users a free real estate focused search
engine.

Users are able to view properties that are listed by Realtors, FSBO (For
Sale By Owner), Foreclosures, REO (Bank Owned Properties), Auctions and Classifieds. BeatYouThere.com has data agreements from dozens of real estate brokerages and listing providers; as well as permission to crawl data from other popular sites.

BeatYouThere.com neatly compiles all of the relevant listings that match your search criteria onto one easy to compare site so that you don't have to look through hundreds of sites on the internet yourself.

BeatYouThere.com also allows registered users to post properties for sale or for rent 100% free of charge.

The sites that exist currently, (Realtor.com, Trulia, Ebay and Craigslist) offer users only a fraction of what is truly available to the buyer. BeatYouThere.com takes the work out of searching and compiles data from thousands of sites; when the user then needs contact info regarding the property, they are redirected back to the originating site.

This is a win-win situation for the real estate listing provider and for
BeatYouThere.com. The listing provider gets free worldwide exposure and BeatYouTHere.com gets advertising revenue from the traffic that it
generates.

BeatYouThere.com is an organic search engine which means that all listings are supplied free of charge to BeatYouThere.com and that data providers may not pay to have their listings show up first. The listings will be provided in the order that is most relevant to the users search.

Another unique feature on BeatYouThere.com is their social networking
platform. Users are allowed to create a profile about themselves that can be used as a launching pad and advertisement for their real estate business. Real Estate Professionals from around the world will be easily searchable by users who are looking for a Realtor in a certain area or for a mortgage broker in their town. The user will be able to see written reviews from others who have had prior interactions with the real estate professional. This creates a network amongst people who are involved with real estate and establishes a sense of trust that is needed to conduct business. Users can post contact information, listings that they have for sale, and even display videos of their current dwellings, similar to the hit MTV show "Cribs".

BeatYouThere.com is a privately held LLP that was created by Mark Langowski and Ryan Case. Founder/CEO Mark Langowski was involved in real estate investing when he realized the need for a site that brought together "Everything Real Estate", which is now their tag line. The name speaks for itself in its suggestion that users will be armed with the data they need to "beat" other potential buyers to the punch. "Our site ultimately empowers users, in this tricky real estate market, in unprecedented ways" says Langowski . The site intends to further expand to global real estate markets as well, providing users with a window into properties and real estate investment opportunities around the world.

This sounds like the site we have been waiting for. We are so tired of the traditional ways to search for a home. Realtor.com (outdated Realtor listings) Yahoo.com (Even more outdated MLS listings) Sounds like your site will definitely command 8-9 figures. Wouldn't be surprised if Move.com or Google tried to contact you within a year of launch. Because if this site is everything you say it will be, you will have millions of consumers on your site every month. Good Luck and I will definitely be one of your first members

Hey Linda. It will soft launch October 15th and hard launch February 1st. Our site design team is working 24/7 putting the finishing touches on the site. We already have commitments from several brokerages for their data and it takes a lot of time to integrate their data into our site! We will launch with over 2,000,000 listings! We also are hard at work with the social networking part of our site! We will have "Discussions" where local buyers/sellers/ can ask quesitons about buying, selling, financing, and market trends. So Stay Tuned.. We're a week out from our soft launch!

Also once we launch feel free to create a profile and upload a picture of yourself and tell everyone about your services! Does any part of the site cost? It sounds to good to be true! How can you afford for it to be a free service! Yahoo charges $50 for a real estate ad, Trulia does not even allow it, nor does realtor.com. If you can capitalize on the whole owners can post for free along with Realtors, Your company should have no problem becoming the largest real estate site out there.
