Cashback bids

So I was surfing the internet the other day looking for leads and avenues for a little extra income when I stumbled upon a website called CashBackBids.com  This website serves as an auction type place where agents can bid on certain commissions for listing and selling property.  I'm not too familiar with it but that seemed like the basic usage of the site.  I tried checking out some information on the site to see if it really worked but havent been able to find too much of anything.  Has anyone ever heard of this site or used this site.  If so, is it worth my time to pursue this avenue any further?  With so many lead generating websites out there I'm not sure if this is anything.  They do charge a referral fee but it is a small one which they say you dont have to pay until you go to closing.  This seems a little more reassuring to me.  If they have faith in their service then it makes sense to not have to pay until you get what you want.  Any insight on this?
