Carthage has been a bit tosy turvy lately. Carthage is in it's 5th month of a Buyer's market but the inventory has been all over the place. September sales dropped off 29% from August and the inventory went back up to almost 10 months. The good news is that there aren't as many homes coming on the market as there are falling off. This means that if sales just level off inventory rates will fall and hopefully this market will reverse itself soon.
