want to buy a major hotel in southern california

 Dear fellow brokers and hotel sellers , hotel owners , hotel investors :

I need a major hotel to purchase in southern california for my client , liquid client want to buy a major full service hotel in southern california , los angeles , orange county areas preferred , but flexible for the right location and investment possibilities.

I went trough the usual channels on the internet, and there is not much on the market in this caliber of investment , and search requirements, or listing brokers are not doing their job well  ... :-)

, so I can not find it , help me please if you can ...

 my client needs at least 50 rooms , full service, national brand name preferred , price to be appropriate for the investment, otherwise open with larger hotels for sale opportunities and possibilities.
