I use Google trends with Wordtracker when trying to figure out what keywords to use whenever I'm writing real estate copy for clients that will find its way to the web.
But I was just reading Aaron Wall's blog about SEO and he linked to an article about using google to predict where the real estate market is heading.
This looks like it could be a pretty cool tool to try and see where your own market is headed...if you were to take the time to do it.
Of course, it's just a tool. And no tool will "accurately" predict where the real estate market is heading. But it might be something fun to play with while we wait!
