One night, at about 4:00, we woke up abruptly because of a huge sonic boom that shook the whole house. Or so we thought. It was actually the spring on the garage door suddenly breaking. Scary loud. Once we figured out what the noise was, we were relieved - until the next morning, when I realized that we could not even open the garage door manually. Kind of hard to go to work showing homes with my car stuck in the garage.
