Elk Grove is a community that has been hit hard in the last few years with regard to home values. Just fifteen minutes from downtown Sacramento it was an area that experience an intense housing boom in the early 90s. Many new subdivisions were popping up all over. After all its a wonderful community with great schools, great shopping and easy commute to downtown Sacramento.
Like so many communities around the nation home values have dropped incredibly. Many home owners have lost there homes to foreclosure.
