Firday Fun- A Birthday Celebration 2010
Take some time to smell the roses every day!
While trying to decide on a blog post for today, I came across this video of a man enjoying his birthday last year with his young daughter. While viewing it, I also determined the following:
- He is a minister
- He is in a committed gay relationship
- He is a loving Dad
- He supports AIDS Lifecycle- a fund raiser near and dear to my heart
I was moved in so many ways while watching this and was brought to tears while viewing it. So here's the point of this post: Take time out of your very busy day to smell the roses, enjoy your life and your family and to love your children and all humankind. Make someone smile; cast aside whatever it is that keeps you from being at one with The Universe and live life to its fullest as much as is possible. You won't regret those memories if you do.
