Active Listings: 9,679 - DOWN 10%

 

APRIL AS COMPARED TO MARCH

March Homes Sold: 1,597 - April is UP 6%

March Median Sales Price: $185,260 - April is UP 6%

March Days on Market: 96 - April is UP 13%

March Active Listings: 9,156 - April is UP 6%

Glad to see I'm not the only one posting simple Austin real estate market stats.  Some agents copy and post stats from local papers, which is theft, some post detailed stats from ABoR and others post so much information it is terribly for anyone but an engineer to get through.  Thank goodness for simplicity.
