Beth, I'm very familiar with this subdivision...it's much different than many of the flatter subdivisions that were built on old cotton plantations. Nicely wooded and rolling lots with all those beautiful homes. I have a listing in the subdivision next to The Ridge of Kelly Woods...really love the area.
