I have found its another way to remind my customers, leads, past customers, etc that I am a realtor. It's party of my marketing plan, and works in conjuction with everything else I do

I add all of my friends and clients to my personal FB page, where I don't talk much about real estate, but I also invite them all to LIKE my Fan Page, where I mostly talk about real estate. It's a learning process. You should join my "Facebook Tips" group.
