Fleet Week 2011, New York City

The Greatest Navy that ever sailed, is coming to the Big Apple.  Visitors can come aboard starting Thursday 26 May till 31 May. 

The U.S.S. New York will be in town, first time since being commissioned. You know the bow of this ship was made from the World Trade Tower steet.  For more information see the Staten Island Advance article.

Kenneth.. What a spectacular event.  Perfect timing too, with Memorial Day Weekend approaching.  I would love to see the USS New York... and touch some history.
