A few lessons I learned from the world NOT ending!!

Did your world end on Friday?  Lessons from the apocalypse.

If your reading this then likely your ALIVE and ALL IS WELL.

So what lesson did we learn?

Marketing still works and people still follow.

People are willing to sell their cars, spend their money, and tell all their friends that last week was, THE LAST WEEK ON EARTH.

California is not safe... quick move to utah... lol

Fortunately, they are wrong just like the last bunch, and the bunch before that, and that other bunch that was wrong… the world still exists. (Picture above only artise rendition- NOT REAL)

To be success at your job you must market, you must sell, you must TELL A STORY.  We sell our kids on the idea of living a good and honest life, you sell your boss on a project, or giving you a raise, you must sell your clients on working with you.

But are you telling a good story?

To increase your following, tell a story people already believe, a story people want to hear.  You'll quickly create your tribe, create a group of people that believe in you.

Happy life not the end of life.

Isn't that the truth! I had to calm my son down because his middle school friends were buzzing about the end of the world.  Well, it was the end of the world as we know it and I'm just fine.

we also learned that there are people who are really gullible and there are those others out there who are willing to fleece them.  We also learned that a lot of people have a really good sense of humor, such as those pals of mine show suggested putting piles of clothes out on sidewalks to make it look like bodies disappeared into thin air - or to take blow up dolls and fill them with helium to float up at 6pm. Don't know if anyone really took the time or effort for that, but the idea is hilarious.

Hi Justin ;   it is true... always good to express a point through  a story or situation...  I call them parables....   sort of comparables of the soul!  Best, G

Thank goodness you added "NOT REAL" to the picture.  One of those goofy folks would probably try to use it as proof of the Apocolypse!  I work on my story every day!
