The Real Estate Zone! So, we are starting our own real estate radio show!

In case you are wondering, here is how it happened....a couple of months ago, I was invited to do a guest appearance as a real estate expert on a local radio show here in San Diego. It is a recorded show that lasts an hour and I just totally had a ball! I mean I enjoyed every minute of it! I walked out of the studio on air and drove home on cloud nine! I was so excited that I could not get to sleep until early the next morning! Then I go on a listing appointment and I meet a gentleman that has an extensive amount, over 30 years, of experience in television and he encourages me to consider more radio appearances like the one I just did. Well, that gets my mind working, and anyone who knows me knows that can be a very powerful thing! I make some calls to some of my inner circle, whom I trust, and one member, who has had their own local radio show in the past, tells me "it is time" for me to start my own radio show and he tells me how to do it! 

So, I go to work and I have a meeting that leads to another and before you know it, we are starting our own real estate radio show on the AM station in San Diego that I have listened to for over 31 years now, 760AM KFMB! The name of our new real estate radio show is "The Real Estate Zone", All the information you need in today's market! This will be a live call in talk show, except when my shedule conflicts and we will pre-record the shows that I will not be able to make live.
