More Multiple Offers?!
I've been in multiples with buyers I represent twice in the last two weeks! Sellers, when you price your home, make sure it's the most charming home at the price. If it's not, then reduce the price until it is, or make improvements to the home until it is. And by improvements I don't mean paint everything white! I mean charm. Look through some home decor magazines for ideas, or ask a professional for their opinion.
