The other day, I wrote a blog on “how not to list a million dollar home”   ( http://activerain.com/blogsview/2312299/how-not-to-list-a-million-dollar-home-)….Today I want to show you how it’s done professionally.  I am not a great photographer but I know a great photo when I see it!

…. “This extraordinary 1922 Grand Tudor Revival Mansion with dramatic Bay and Golden Gate Bridge views from every level occupies over one-third of an acre on an exclusive section of San Francisco\'s highly coveted Gold Coast. Set back from the street for the ultimate in privacy, the unique anddelightful approach to this magnificent residence is on a brick path through flowering south gardens. Spanning 4 spacious levels, all with elevator access, this well-designed, light-filled home features grand public rooms that showcase classic period detail, including leaded glass windows and elaborate moldings and millwork. Walkways through lush rear northern gardens lead to the heated pool and spa. Garage parking for 3-4 cars, plus additional driveway pkg.…”

Do I think this property is worth over 33 Million?….that’s not my point.  My point is if you are going to do something, do it Right!

Nicely done.  Your sellers should be very happy.  The photos are so important and choosing the right time of day and -the right day is what delivers.  Also the vision and creative eye of the photographer and marketer is always apparent in a great photo.  Lovely and well done!

Hi Pat and Kathleen.....thanks for your comment.....I was trying to make a point on how important photos....or I should say “good” photos are....I have sold homes because the buyers have "fallen in love with the house" by the photos and they had to see it in person....and that is why we put up photos....to get buyer’s interested in veiwing the listing.

The pictures look great.  In today's market it is extrememly important to have great pictures.  Another point, often out of state clients rely on pictures for choosing a home, or really narrowing down the search prior to their arrival.

Beautiful photos, and it is hard work to get it right. Also, you kindly commented on my blog Would You Give 5 Minutes for 1,000 Extra AR Points? I just wanted to let you know I wrote a sequel, Did You Get Your 1,000 ActiveRain Bonus Points?

If yours haven't come up yet, please note that Colorado agent Mimi Foster passed on that "Niki had commented that they were inputting them manually ...With almost 2,000 responses, they are taking a little while."

So be on the lookout for good news.
