This is just a quick check if anyone is familiar with EMortgage Logic. I have been working on BPOs with this company for a few weeks and have completed 10 of them so far. They pay easily and have had no trouble with them. Is anyone else doing BPOs for this particular company? Also, have you gotten any listings from the clients that are requesting the BPOs? I am ok with doing BPOs right now but really want to start going for the listings. Listings, listings listings is how we survive and make real money. Why else would we be in this business.
Good afternoon Michael. I haven't worked with Emortgage yet but they do sound like a good one. I have been back and forth whether to gewt into the BPO game. Most I have talked with don't pay enough to make it worth the time you need to invest.
Michael, I've done a lot of BPOs for Goodman Dean, Main Street Valuations and RR Review. Got a few listings from Goodman Dean. I've done a few for EMortgage Logic, but usually by the time I see the email and click through, someone else already got them.
To Steve. I think EMortgage is very good too. They pay every two weeks and are very easy to follow once you do get used to the forms. I have only done 12 for them so far in the past 3 weeks but they said if I get NABPOP certified I can become a partner. I am really looking for the listings to come soon. How did you transition into that aspect of things.
I did receive an email today saying that EML is changing their fees. The money does seem ok but the work is pretty extensive. The comps have to be perfect for them and I would love to do BPOS for another company but nobody is sending me anything. I would like to know why they decided to change their procedures because it is hard enough trying to get BPOs for them but now they are paying less. I really don't care much about bpos I just want to get into the REO business. I am currently applying with everyone with no avail. That isn't going to stop me though. Now that EML is changing I will work even harder.
They are actually easier company to work with. Easy to fill out and not as much writing like BPOFULLFILLMENT (Maintstreet).
It is good to stay busy when you get paid to check out a property.
