Tony's "Little Italy", Italian Restaurant, Village Of Providence, Huntsville Alabama

Recently an out-of-state client emailed me, asking about restaurants, and where they could get good pizza.  My initial response was; "so you decided to move to Chicago"?  Of course I knew they wanted info about restaurants here in Huntsville and Madison Alabama, but but as unfair as it may be, Chicago is the city that I tend to judge or measure all other cities restaurants by, including hot dog joints.

I emailed my client back a few names of restaurants and Tony's "Little Italy" was one of them.  The fact is that I've eaten at Tony's a few times, but only pizza.  Each time I enjoyed my meal and the service, today was no different.  Phillip was my waiter, very congenial, he even had a small Chicago connection/story to share...if you stop in be sure and ask for Phillip...all the staff was very friendly.

Nick ~ you are not alone.  I, too, judge all pizza by my Chicago standards.  I see they cut the pizza Chicago style!!

I have come to the conclusion it is good to be a Realtor in Huntsville...NICK-you have more fun with Localism than anyone else I know!! Is that one big piece of pizza-or a normal size piece on a 10" pan??

Fortunately for you, you've found a little taste of Italy right in your own backyard.

I judge all my pizza by NYC standards. And luckily I found one that's pretty authentic here in the Raleigh area.

Dawn-I thought you would agree with me...now I've got to go deal with that Craig character.

Marie-I should weigh 300# with all the restaurant posts that I do...normal size by the piece.

Craig-I like New York styke pizza and have many meals in NYC, but I'm definitely a Chicago kind of guy...hey it's all good .

Nick -- I was just telling someone the other day that I would prefer to eat somewhere with a great staff good food and over somewhere with bad customer service and great food.  You are lucky to have found both!

OK now I want to go and try NYC and Chicago Pizza to see what all the fuss is about.  I don't think Ontario can lay claim to famous pizza.

All I know about American pizza is what I've eaten in Buffalo.  WAY too much cheese and very greasy bottom.  Tell me please that this isn't the type of famous pizza you guys are talking about??
