While three days off are always great, why does the rest of the week feel like I do 9 days of work in 4 business days. Please do not get me wrong I really enjoy having time to spend with the kids and being able to fit a couple extra moments with them while they are little. I just wish my job would take a day off when I do. I come back to work this morning and have about 130 emails to look through 11 voicemails waiting for me in my office and a pile of paperwork...... Didn't the world get the memo ? lol ,, I always run around here like a crazy man on the tuesday after a holiday weekend. While I know many of you worked all weekend and monday so you are probably thinking I should just enjoy the day off..... (and I did) ...... I am just glad to be back to work and be able to play catch up so that hopefully by saturday or sunday I will feel a sense of normalcy again.
I hope all that did take a couple days off enjoyed it thoroughly and have little to no carryover in work for tommorrow, and those who didn't and worked all weekend you will probably be laughing at me from the golf course or wherever your leisure time takes you on thursday afternoon. So to that I say have a great week all and whatever your situation lets all enjoy it as much as possible.
