Okay, so you have a website- most agents do.  My question is, do you have a web strategy in place?  Most agents don't.  What's the point of having an online presence via your website without having a strategic goal in place?  Less than 10% of real estate agents nationally are satisfied with their websites.  Don't fall into the online abyss.

What is your web strategy?

If you are looking for some direction, in need of a web strategy with the end results being lead generation and conversion you might want to check out this webinar.  Featuring Top Realtors- Shane White (Re/Max), Linda Hall (Century 21) & Kristan Cole (Keller Williams)- listen as they discuss the strategies behind their online success!! The Internet is a pretty big place. You need more than one website, one horse in the house, land, waterfront or whatever segment niche end of the marketing pool you swim in. Blogs, websites, videos, social media linkage and heavy concentration in SEO training gets you on the front page index of search engine queries on Google, Bing, Youtube, others.

Andrew, an agent's website is the hub that makes that online strategy functional.  Most agents do not target neighborhoods via their site.  Kristan Cole formerly of Re/Max, now with Keller Williams was that agent that had multiple sites with little to no direction.  Today, she has one website with a successful web strategy in place.  The result- she crushes her market.  The same can be said for other Top Producing agents like Shane White, Linda Hall, Mark Spain, etc.
