Homes for sale at the Infinity in San Francisco, CA are doing rather well these days. When the collection of four buildings (two towers, two mid-rises) opened several years ago during the condo boom in San Francisco, they were one of the most popular destinations for home buyers in the South of Market/South Beach/Rincon Hill area of San Francisco.

With about 650 condos in total, the four buildings represent a large chunk of recent development in the neighborhood. While the sales office wrapped up original sales from the developer (Tishman Speyer) several months ago, resales are being seen with a little more frequency.

The building has roughly 42 different floor plans, ranging from studio condos in the mid-rise buildings to three bedroom condos with spectacular views in the high rise towers. Floor plans for the Infinity are no longer available from the developer website, but can be downloaded using the link at the beginning of this sentence.

Depending on what floor and what side of the building the condo is located on, some of the homes have spectacular views of downtown San Francisco or the San Francisco bay and SF-Oakland bay bridge. Unfortunately, some of the corner units that face into the courtyard only have a view of your neighbor in the next tower. You’ll want to be sure you check out the view in person, and if you value your privacy one of the courtyard facing homes is probably not a good idea.

Monthly dues at The Infinity in SF are not cheap, but they include an excellent combination of amenities including a swimming pool, 5,000 square foot health club, movie viewing room with surround sound and theatre seating, a club house with a full kitchen, outdoor courtyard, and front desk and concierge services.

If you are interested in high-rise living in SF, you should definitely check out this building.
