I am fortunate to have some clients..... I love being with them, and we are all looking to dining out once the property is in contract ... The house has wonderful curbside appeal, is just 1400 square feet but to me seems much larger... has a wonderful kitchen, new pavers on the front walkway, side walkway (and an arbor), and a pavered rear patio - all in addition to a deck with an awning.. The house is being offered at just $449,000 - the taxes are approx $11,213.... and to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend, there will be a garage sale 10-4 p.m. both Saturday 5/28 and Sunday 5/29 AND a public open house (for those early risers) on Saturday, May 28th from 10-12 Noon... Sounds good to me!

New Rochelle is GREAT!

Gay, it sounds to me that with the two garage sale sessions, and the open house, you very well may find a buyer on that weekend. But, then again, that's the point... LOL. Best of luck !

Gay, I did a garage sale and open house, too. But, sadly, while quite a few people toured the home, no one bought it at that event.
