These delicate dwarf iris have been coming up and blooming in my garden every year for the past 15 years. I love having perennials in my landscape. They bloom year after year after year without any muss or fuss or complicated tending or planting. I almost forget they are there until they pop up and delight me every year at this time.

Debbie, That is a beautiful photo of your flowers. After 15 years they must seem like old friends.

These are some of my favorite flowers. Sadly I can't have too many around due to allergies, but I love to look at them. Beautiful photo!

I have a few iris plants that should be in full bloom within three to five days. Their rich colors and beautiful form are hard to beat. Enjoy them while they last!
