As you can see from the stats, actually sales volume is less but the average sales price has increased. Our local market is still doing well. Unlike many other parts of the country, most areas in the Dallas/FW Metroplex did not experience strong price appreciation over the recent years. While several parts of the U.S. are seeing declining prices, Dallas, Collin and Denton Counties appear to be holding steady or increasing.
