Have you ever considered doing another type of post instead of just market reports for your area?  Like information for First Time Home Buyers in Stillwater... or something like how to get pre-approved in Stillwater...?  I think if you did some more different kind of posts and used some more tags, you could greatly improve your sites ranking in Google, Yahoo, and the other SEO's!  If you want some other ideas, take a look at some of the different posts that I use exclusively for improving my site ranking in my areas!  They are the posts on my blog that have pretty much no comments on them!  Just thought I'd try to help you out a little more!

P.S. I see that you got a P2 site, how long have you had it?  Do you like it?  Are you getting leads from it yet?

Thanks for the help, I do try to get out more to photograph the area's and then post them on localism, but there is only so much time. I have gotten some help in leads with the P2 site but, not as much as I would like to. The person who introduced me there recommended that i don'y go for the big bucks.
