The Back Yard Really Does Matter!

By
Real Estate Agent with West USA Realty, Inc.

In today's economy I know it might be hard to sink in some money to really shape up a back yard.  A couple of hours of trimming bushes and/or cutting the grass gives it a "clean look" for potential buyers.  These two homes pictured below are perfect examples that you really don't need anything fancy depending on what the budget is.  There are a couple of websites listed and there are ways to improve the yard with what you may already have.  A little creativeness and some time is all you need.  Whether it is for your own home or a client's home, you can find some really helpful tips below.

We are lucky, most of our yards, front and back are pea rock, so if you want to improve it, you rack. It is much easier than planting and trimming.

San Diego CA. where I live has such great weather that the backyard is even more important because you will be using it all year around.
