ANOTHER SOURCE OF INCOME IN MY REAL ESTATE BUSINESS (OR YOURS)

This blog is for real estate agents who would like to learn about another service they can offer to their clients which will build a residual income for agents in just a very short time.  This has been amazing and I have started adding this to my sales at the COE and also my existing client base.   I welcome any real estate agent or loan agent who is interested in finding out what I'm doing to contact me and I will send more information.  By the way my son brought this business to me which was introduced to him by a very big time Real Estate Broker who owned a Top ReMax Franchise.  He started doing this program and had so much success he sold his ReMax Office.  Wow!

I love real estate and this being my 37th year the one thing I have never been able to accomplish was residual income.  Each month regardless how good a month I had I would start out fresh and have to generate sales and listings to keep my income up.  I have looked over my career for something that could provide residual income but nothing really worked out.   Now 61, a residual income program which I could tie into my services for my real estate business really appealed to me.  After some checking I started in with my son and a few real estate friends (all top producers) guiding the way.  The last several months have been amazing with the results and I'm building a residual income which should match my real estate income in just a few years.  

When I close a real estate transaction (Sale) I offer this service and actually help save my clients money they will be spending regardless if they use my service or not.  I tried the service first since I wanted to know it worked and my wife and I are saving $1300/yr on the services we have been paying on for over 30 years.  I even receive a check from my own services.
