Facebook Fridays! Have you liked The Official Real Estate Referral Group?

On this Facebook Friday, I wanted to update and share with the Facebook  Fridays Group another great free real estate source that can lead to referrals and future business.  Have you liked the Official Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook?

At any point throughout the day and night, referrals are posted on the Official Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook.  These referrals are posted by agents, like you and me who "like" the Office Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook.  Usually they will city and state will be the first thing listed in the referral post and then it will continue to say what type of referral, who to contact, etc.  Follow the instructions in the post (typically it'll say comment here; send email to; or provide a telephone number).   This is a sample ***Referral Alert*** which was placed MONTHS ago which is why I removed the contact information. 

In addition you can always browse through the approximate 54,354 people who are fans  The Real Estate Referral Group for an agent in an area you need to refer to or just simply, Post a Referral Alert, which is what the page was really created and intended for. 

I would recommend checking the The Real Estate Referral Group Facebook page frequently as new referral alerts are posted often. Once you become a fan of "LIKE" the The Real Estate Referral Group Facebook page, some referral alerts will be posted to your wall but depending on how many friends' updates and pages you subscribe to they may not all show up so I still recommend checking the The Real Estate Referral Group Facebook page periodically. To date there haven't been many referrals posted in my areas of New Jersey (Essex, Morris and Passaic Counties) but there was one posted in Bergen County, New Jersey and I quickly commented providing them with ActiveRain's Sheldon Neal contact information. 

I'm not sure, as with anything else, how much business you will actually get from it but it is another FREE resource for referrals and networking available to you by the The Real Estate Referral Group on Facebook and a great way to utilize Facebook for Real Estate.
