Of homes that have successfully sold over the past 6 months the average days on market in this subdivision has been 117.9. The market here in Palm Beach County is showing it's muscle and market metrics are better than we have seen in over 6 years and getting stronger.

Hope all is well out in Cave Creek. I called the Valley "home" for 9 years and sold my first two properties as a Realtor® my 3rd day in the business at Desert Mountain. I thought it was going to be easy after a quick start like that!
