Who are you in business with? Does it matter? Why?

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

Red DayAny one who knows me knows this...I love being affiliated with Keller Williams Realty.  I have drunk the Kool-Aid and keep going back for more.
BUT, STOP!!!!
Please don't navigate away from this post just yet...I'm not here trying to convert anyone nor am I going into cheerleader mode.
Over time, I have heard the phrase Who We Are In Business With Really Does Matter...and I have learned that truly does matter.
Regardless of who you affiliate with as a real estate professional, or if you are a consumer, who you hire to guide you through the process of buying or selling what will most likely be your biggest investment...who are you really in business with?  Why does it really matter?

RED Day is a nationwide effort in Keller Williams Realty to Give Where You Live.  Where every market center world wide closes it's doors for this one day and the associates give back to their communities.  This was the 3rd annual event.  Hundreds of thousands of man hours are given by the associates, leaders and affiliates of our company.

It's not only this one day every year that makes me proud...it's the attitude of giving every day, in small and large ways, without recognition or with, that makes the difference.

Within hours of the news of the devastation in Joplin, MA caused by the tornadoes last week, efforts were already underway to send aid and supplies and man power and money to that region.  Paramount was the concern for the KW associates.  We learned all of our associates there were accounted for and safe.  Whew!  Then the effort was...how do we help the people of Joplin.

Our market centers are adopting families that have lost literally every material thing they own, even family members and friends.

So, it's the ongoing effort to make a difference in the lives of those around us.  That's powerful.

There are other organizations and companies jumping into the frey to assist as well.

My point...yes I am finally getting to it...is this.  It doesn't matter if you are a real estate professional or a consumer...who you are in business with really does matter.
Are they only looking at the bottom line?
Or are they contributing to make a difference?
Do they have your back?

If you are a consumer, hiring a professional that has your back in important.  One who helps you through the land mines that come up daily in the field of real estate.  A strong advocate who will guide through what you need to know (not just what you want to know) and a skilled and talented negotiator who will save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars as you go through the process of pricing, home inspection issues and appraisals.

It does matter who you are in business with...Take your time to make the right decision for you.
Almost 9 years ago, I made a decision that has changed my life in so many ways...who I'm in business with makes me proud every day!

Service You Can Trust ~ Someone You Can Depend On

Carole, my heart breaks for all of the families who have lost everything during the horrible tornadoes.   KW Cares is helping families, but the people of KW (just like you and me) are stepping up to the plate all across our great nation to make KW Cares what it is.  Yes, it does matter who we are in business with and KW is definitely a winner.  I, too, am humbled and so incredibly proud to be a part of such a great company.
