The coolest thing happened to my wife this week. She has had two local agents recommend her to their clients. Yup, local agents recommend Colleen to THEIR clients! It's not as if they were passing up bad clients onto her, as it just came down to the marketing skills we have in regards to marketing a property and the expertise in our cities we service. On top of this they felt her (our) ability to deal with clients fairly, honestly, and ethically was something they could count on given the fact their name as the recommender would be on the line.
There is nothing sweeter than a recommendation from a fellow local real estate agent based on my (our) ethics. Makes ya go to bed at night and sleep peacefully, eh!
