You know the saying: "One person's trash is another person's treasure!" ~ So come out and browse items for sale, you just might find that treasure you have been looking for!
The residents of the Springland Village Condo complex will be selling their trash unwanted treasures the first weekend in June 2011. It is the annual community yard sale event! All items for sale will be placed outside each individual unit.
To get to Springland Village, take I80 East and exit on Sparks Blvd. Along the way you will notice the Legends Shopping Outlet Mall, but keep going, its the community yard sale you are looking. Continue north approximately two miles. Turn right on Springland Drive, turn left on Sunny Slope Drive.
In addition to the community yard sale take a drive around Springland Village. It is a lovely community located in the heart of Sparks, Nevada.
A few of the Springland Village amenities are three swimming pools, one for adults only, a hot tub, tennis courts and a full time maintenance crew that keeps the community safe, clean and in tip top shape.
Springland Village offers studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units. Each homeowner receives two covered parking spaces. Parking is rarely an issure here! The current price range on one of these affordable units is from $49,000 to $175,000. Because the owner occupancy rate is higher than 55%, FHA financing is still available.
