Featured AR Group: Never Answer the Same Questions Twice

OK, so maybe I'm playing favorites.  After all, I founded the Never Answer the Same Question Twice group!  I started it in February 2011, inspired by an awesome Active Rain challenge from Bob Stewart.  (The original challenge post had 481 comments.  I'd say there was active participation!) 

What's the group about?  What are the rules?  The idea of the group is for the bloggers to answer commonly asked questions.  Here are a few examples:

~What are closing costs?

~What is Earnest Money?

~How accurate is a Zillow Zestimate?

All good questions that the public wants the answer to.  Why answer the questions one at a time as they are asked?  Write a blog post about it and you have a reference link for the rest of your real estate career.  You will be recognized as the real estate expert in your market.  What could be better than that?

We currently have 38 members and only 143 posts.  I must admit, I've been slacking.  I have not been visiting the group and reading the posts, as frequently as I would like.  That's about to change!  My goal is increase our "membership" and our post count.  You can help!  How?  It's easy!
