Fairhaven is located a bit off the beaten path in Stallings NC giving the neighborhood a rural setting.
Shopping and two interchanges with I-485 are nearby, however, allowing a country feel with city conveniences. In 2010, there was a transition in the neighborhood from Lennar Builders to M/I Homes. New construction continues to account for most of the activity in the neighborhood.
