Hello, Jane.  He looks so cute.  Thanks for sharing.

We have red squirrels and fox squirrel that visit our bird feeders regularly.  One feeder is dedicated to the squirrels since they seem to keep the birds at bay when they are there.

Tom:  I have to let them go eventually...as soon as they are large enough to outrun our cat!

Debbie:  They are really fast, the squirrely kind of fast and I just caught this one off guard!

Mary:  Glad to see you have equality in your yard!  Some people think the birds are the ony ones deserving of a feeder....but what about the squirrels?

Carol:  I'm finding many who say they know someone who has done this...seems to be a needed rescue effort, due to the babies being so needy and slow to develop!
