This not just "The Land of Opportunity" but is also certainly the time of opportunity. As ready, willing , and Able home buyers move forward, they are educated (by virtue of knowing what is available), and aware of the landscape of opportunity.
Many are still nervous about making the decision but a growing number have gained the confidence are are "pulling the trigger".
I often see the offer come in on a property, mine or other agents, and the seller and buyer both know their priorities and the deal moves forward rather quickly. I can see a seasonality in pace, typical in nature but reduced in volume.
All the other aspects of the business are what we are used to, save the continuing change and growth in technology. There are many, for sure, that are also continuing to try to change the business model to their advantage, some of which would have us all but out of business.
The summary is that we must continue to be the best, provide the best, and present true value and relationship to each of our clients. This is the only way to stay in the game.
