Working On Memorial Day, Madison Alabama
Thank you for the opportunities I have and that I'm able to work today.
Well, here it is Memorial Day...lots of BBQ's, family get together, parades, spending time at the beach, pools opening, working and remembering those who gave there lives so we can enjoy our way of life...including the option of working today. What ever it is that you are doing today...I wish you well and a great Memorial Day.
It's in the 90's here, so working in a nicely air conditioned office isn't so bad, however, I'm not in a nicely air conditioned office...I'm in a mildly air conditioned Starbucks with blaring music...life is tough, but I'm not complaining...at least I've got coffee. I'm sure you're thinking..."Nick, what are you doing working on Memorial Day and from a Starbucks?" My answer has the potential of running into next week, so quite simply; I can't get into my office; the Internet is down at my house; I received an accepted offer for one of my buyers; a new out of town client wants info; and I need to spend a little time in AR. On a separate note I received three calls about restaurant posts I've done wanting to know if I the restaurant was open and if I could take reservations...one of these calls I'm going to do just that...just for grins...hey...if they can't take a joke!
