Steve,

I just googled for real estate blogs in Berks County and your's came up first. This can be an excellant tool for communicating with prospects, providing Premier Service to customers, and information to the general public regarding real estate trends. Since the news media seems to only push bad news, the blogs can be a vehicle to inform the consumer it is a great time to buy a home. The rates are great, prices have declined, and there is plenty of inventory to choose from. Berks County area has always been known for reasonably priced homes and being a stable market.
