Ogden Home Buyers Should Insist on Infrared Home Inspections

Home Inspector with UTAH INFRARED Home and Building Inspections

Ogden Home Buyers Should Insist on Infrared Home Inspections

The benefits provided by an Infrared Home Inspection can't be denied. On nearly every home Inspection I provide, I uncover numerous things that simply can't be detected by the naked eye. I believe in the necessity of an Infrared inspection so strongly that even though I'm a certified home inspector, I will not even consider offering a home inspection without it.

No matter how good the inspector, many things simply cannot be detected without the use of thermal imaging.

Using a home inspector without Infrared Technology is about like using a dentist without an X-ray machine.

Utah Infrared Inspections doesn't charge an additional fee for thermal imaging to be included in with the home inspection. We think all home inspections should include thermal imaging and therefore we don't charge an additional fee.

Good evening Brandon. As always, I am very impressed at the level of imagery you have with your inspections.
