If you are trying to find something fun to do in Emerald Isle NC this week, check this out. Learn all the basics for making jam, jelly, pickles and hot water bath canning. Cost is $30.00 for three sessions plus $30.00 for canning supplies. You'll take home what we make! Class dates are June 2nd, 9th, & 16th from 6:30-8pm nightly. Workshop takes place in the lounge at Emerald Isle Parks & Recreation, located at 7500 Emerald Drive in Emerald Isle NC. Pre-registration is required for this event in Emerald Isle NC.
