Michael - That gull reminds me of a half grown mallard duck my family is caring for.  We managed to hatch it from an egg.  I'm amazed at how quickly that duck got its bluff in on my American Eskimo dog.  It established it's #1 spot on the pecking order even though it weighs a mere fraction of what the dog does:-)
