Distressed home sales up in Nevada

Nevada continues to have the highest share of foreclosure related sales in the country. Distressed sales accounted for 53% of all residential sales in Nevada in January to March. Nationwide the ratio was only 28% of residentiall sales were distressed sales. It is however down from the first quarter of 2010 which was 58%.
