What would be the best situation for everyone? Maybe there is a way to better the immigrant's life, and be affective in the American society. Lets hear how you feel, just remember... That could have been you and me and our lifestyle. But it wasn't... Now as American citizens or permanent residence of America, how do we deal with the Illegal Immigrants? Be honest and truthful that is the only way a true answer will be found.

2, 3, and 4....I don't think that there is one simple remedy for every situation. I think there needs to be simple, enforcable steps. I think everyone should be given an adequate period of time to establish citizenship. Everyone should have fair and equal access to the freedoms and opportunities of being a US citizen.

Good post - a path to citizenship seems to make sense to me! 3 of my own grandparents came to this country from Europe at the turn of the 19th to 20th century - I remember hearing their stories, their pride on becoming US citizens! It is a dream for many and I have trouble with the idea of mass deportations simply because they got here illegally -

Since the pople are coming over here and working we need to develope some system. Its not like they are coming over here and doing nothing! It seems dealing with the haters has been harder than dealing with the people that spend hours in the fields picking our fruits and vegetables-breaking there backs for little money.
