Great review on the purchase agreement. I like your thoughts that the seller reviews the price, qualification, and the date of closing. As a seller myself lately I felt let down by the buyer qualification provided by the lender. It was bogus but I didn't learn that for six weeks. The buyer was marginal. I wish lenders would be as tough on buyers with the qualification letters as they are at rejecting borrowers in the end with their underwriting. Your video presentation is excellent.

Lynda,  Very nice video and information for your sellers.  I also review the purchase agreement document, it is so important for the sellers to have an idea of what to expect during the home selling process and the purchase agreement is the biggest part of the process..  Great work!

Hi Debb ~ Thanks, I just used my little flip, this was about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. Since then I use the Zi8 (like a flip) because it has a place for an external mic.

Lynda--Honestly, if I were buying a home in Orange County and saw one of your videos, I don't think I would want to use anyone else!  You are so good!  Our purchase agreements are seven pages long---hearing that yours are eight lets me know we are not done with ours here----darn!

Lynda--Your videos are great and this topic is very important. So many times the seller is only concerned with the bottomline dollar amount but there are many other important details in the contract that if not discussed fully can create issues.
