It's a great feeling when both Buyer & Seller acknowledge a job well done.  But its even more rewarding when the Seller that was working with the other company says that, "without your help- it could not have been possible."  

Oh What a feeling!! Right?  Indeed!  Well- you and I both know that the Listing Agents did do much work as well.  But it's always exciting to have everyone so pleased.  The transaction from start to finish was less than 1 month- that's a 30 Day facilitated Cash Sale.

 It was that much more gratifying as the buyer was a internet "Looker" ....and was not sure what he wanted to buy.  After careful evaluation and discussion and of course qualifying him- I understood that they were ready willing and able to purchase. He sold his home and wanted to proceed with Cash offer.   We focussed on the area and after much time together since during the winter months -we finally zeroed in on an area....and community.  My client said "I would like to be in Lake Isle Town homes- please find me something there."  Well, luckily new listing came on 45 Waterside Close Eastchester NY.  And we proceeded with an offer.  After negotiations completed, and creative tactics- I was able to get the Accepted Offer for my clients.  They were pleased.  We proceed to inspections - signing of contracts and yesterday we were at the Closing table.
