SAFETY FEATURE: Put ICE on your phone...

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway First REALTORS®

Here is a helpful hint to all of us not just Real Estate professionals posted in my neighborhood news letter by one of our local law enforcement representatives.  The "gest" of the article was:  since most of us have cell phones if something happens to you and your cell phone is found, How will law enforcement know who to contact?

This is were ICE comes into play.  It stands for "In Case of Emergency."  Word is spreading around the emergency service industry to look for a cell phone and look up ICE in your contact list.  You should have a few numbers under ICE.  An example:  ICE1-Mark (and his number) or ICE2-Tammy (and her number.)  put as many as you wish.  Here is the unique thing, most of us do not use "I" very often.

ISN'T that a great idea??  Share it with your kids, co-workers etc.  Thanks to Chief Forrest Walter's for keep us safe!!!

Becky = Great idea. With all the names we have in our address book on our cell, this would definitely come in handy. Thanks for sharing the idea.
