If you live in Warren County, you've got the usual host of suspects for weekend entertainment!  Kings Island and The Beach Waterpark are open full time!

Of course you can head to the Little Miami River to either use the bike trail or canoe/kayak now that the waters are down.  In fact, you might encounter some crowds on the Little Miami River as Morgan's Canoe hosts their Triathalon!  Or you could head to Caesar's Creek State Park for boating or beach time!

In Morrow Valley Vineyards will be hosting Taste of Warren County Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm.  They're expecting 6,000 or more visitors to this all day event with a focus on their locally produced wine.

For outstanding fine arts and crafts, head down to Coney Island for the 44th edition of SummerfairSummerfair starts today and runs through Sunday.  Visit our SUMMERFAIR post for additional details!

And of course you could go down to Fountain Square's Toyota sponsored  Sunday night movie at 7 p.m. and watch How To Train Your Dragon. A great family friendly flick!  Visit our Sunday night movies at Fountain Square post for further details.

Speaking of kids, another option is KidsFest being held at Sawyers Point on the Ohio River.  A portable circus, strolling performances and live entertainment.  Hosted by Cincinnati Recreation Department from noon to 6 pm, and the cost is FREE!

And as we posted earlier this week, the Cincinnati Art Museum is hosting a Community Day Saturday noon to 4 pm featuring circus performers!  Another great family event, and FREE except for parking!

And of course there are plenty MORE activities in the area, this was just some of the headliners! So have a great weekend!

Good Morning Bliz, You have pointed out lots of Fun Time activities for the whole family this weekend in Cincinnati.  I would want to check out Coney Island for that SUMMERFAIR event.

Cincinnati is a happening place this weekend...plenty of variety so parents, teenagers, singles, and everyone else have choices to get out of the house and make some memories.

We've been bike riding a lot this spring. Riding along a river is one of our favorite venues.

Jerry, Summerfair is probably highest on our list, but today and tomorrow are both out of the question.  Maybe Sunday after church??

Anita, AND the Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad is running a Civil War train this weekend too!  Visit an encampment & watch a simulated battle!

Tish, You HAVE to do more to compete with that ocean thing you have on your doorstep!

Glenn, Then you'd love the Little Miami Bike Trail.  Around 80 miles from one end to the other!

Joni, This time of year when you mix in Cincinnati and Dayton with Warren County's offerings?  Just overwhelming possibilities!

Craig, Plenty and then some!

Gina, Looking like the weather will be cooperative.  80s/90s.  Just the periodic thunderstorm in the forecast.

I haven't thought about Kings Island in Cincinnati for years! I'm glad they are still operating successfully!

What a great post and line up of events for your area. Have fun!

Patricia, They're owned by Cedar Fair now, and they keep adding bigger and badder rides!  Haven't made a trip inside the park in a few years, heard to find the time! :)

Cindy,  MAYBE we'll make it to Summerfair, but that's iffy.  We've been several times, always wind up with something nice to decorate the home or yard.  If we make it, lots of camera shots will be required :)

Liz & Bill it seems like not too long ago you wrote about the Wine tasting, hard to believe it is here already. The good news is it is 5:30pm in LA and soon I will be sampling some of my own inventory:))

Endre, It wasn't that long ago, but time sure flies!

Michelle, It sounds like a great time.  Sawyer Point is right on the Ohio River downtown, a popular place for Cincinnati events.

I think of you guys as living in the country but have lots of cool things to do all around you . I feel like going to the Valley Vinyards. They have a fine website and it looks like a great place to find a spot and watch the sun go down.

Steve, That's the beauty of our area.  You can live in the country and have a few acres (or more), but hop in the car, hustle down the interstates and be in downtown Cincinnati or Dayton in less than 45 minutes (and often WELL less) from most of our service area.  Valley Vineyard also does grill your own steak nights on the weekends, have done that for some corporate events.  Pretty cool, and they certainly do have a better than average web site!
