My first blog and it's owed to you
Ladies & Gentleman and Rainmakers and shakers...I wanted you to enjoy the first post of a decent gentle man who has always supported many posters via his commenting. Now, his first post is upon us and perhaps we can return the gesture with a positive and encouraging nod his way....?
Many of you have commented that I did not have a blog posting yet and my response has been, soon enough and when I'm ready. Well I'm ready.
Be careful of what you wished for. I've been known to be out spoken. I had not written in the past because although I have bought and sold many properties (commercial and residential) none have been as a Realtor.
Well the closing took place last week and we celebrated the day after. Now I know your saying what kind of picture is that (insert here lol) but she's camera shy (and since she's going to kill me for this, what the hey).
Richie when I said "It's not what your doing but with whom your doing it with" It's so true.
So with my first sale I must stop...... and thank the person who has supported me the longest,

At time her patience has surprised me (being Italian and all) and she never complained (well maybe a look here and there lol) when she heard the words "laying down a foundation" kept coming out of my mouth.
And to my business partner Paul who has taught me the in's and out of this odd business with both humor and a head turn now and again
The concrete is dry, the building has begun. Now I just need to get this blogging thing perfected.
To all my friends here in the Rain I would like to thank you also. Without your posts I would have not learned as much nor made as many friends all across this great country. I cannot thank you individually as I subscribe to quite a few and comment on almost as many.....................But in time I will.
Stay tuned because we are about to have some fun !!!!!!!!!!!
