When Justice is Served...An American Family Fights Back

When Justice is Served...An American Family Fights Back This is a story that every american needs to see. To continue as a civilized society, we have laws, and nobody should be above the law. Average Citizen should have access to the legal system to get redress against injustices. Bank of America seems to think it is was above the law. It filed an erroneous lawsuit. It foreclosed on the wrong property. The family fought back, and BOA was ordered to pay the attorney's fee. They had the nerve to ignore the ruling of the court! It is time to start arresting these bank executives...Don't get me started. Here is the rest of the story...

THat is a great story.  The only thing that would have been better is if they had actually taken the cash out of the draws and started seizing computers and furniture.

This is a great story and I'm glad to see the "little guy" get some revenge and payback instead of just a simple "we're sorry" letter.

Hi Lloyd, thanks for sharing the great story, may be the loan was recorded on a wrong address and BOA's employees were over work and made a careless mistake to foreclose on a house without a loan .

C Lloyd - I very happy for this family challenged giant BoA and won. It is important to seek justice when rights are violated. Even, if it a small guy
